sorry, but your page is grossly midleading.
i do not know where you have obtain your info on e,g white.
as you SHOULD knoe she ate meat. and she also states that vegan is not for
everyone. after reading your 1st paragraph, i am happy to say i stopped
reading.

i hope you will study and/or research more in you quest for truth. if you do
... you will find it. it is your choice.
god bless,
tim

Yes Tim, Ellen White ate meat. In fact she ate PORK. She also was a Sunday
Keeper. The Lord did not overwhelm her with all the changes that He wished
His people to follow. She didn't make many of her dietary changes till late
in her life when the LORD showed her. But the reason the Lord loved her and
could use her as a prophet was because she was willing to be shown and
taught TRUTH and ACCEPT it.

Are YOU as willing?

God Bless you too
Bob

the apparent concern here is the false statements on your site.
i am only drawing this to you attention, so that IF you are willing to
look at TRUTH and disregard the falsities
that have been grossly distorted and then taught to you - the lord can
bless you.

This site has over 1500 files. You have made an assertion and failed to
point out the error or errors. Have I read ever word on my own site?
Absolutely NOT, could there be errors posted here from contribuitors? Most
likely. But as a blind person, I make an extra effort to make sure that the
material presented here is truth.

Regarding the eating of meat and or other dairy foods. Mrs. White kept a cow
as late as her Elmshaven years. Yet she was years and decades ahead of
science as to the dangers associated with meat eating and dairy produicts
such as cheese. I cannot comment on what your concerns are unless I know
what you are all worked up over. Eating meat has never been a test of
fellowship, but it is a test of whether we are living up to all the light at
our disposal and if in fact we regard our bodies as the temple of God. One
more point: diseases from animal products are at an all time high today
because of all the hormones that are given to these animals and injested by
humans. That's a risk that wasn't prevalent in her day. In most of her
writings time and place has to be considered, but if you are claiming that
there is an article that is stating a falsehood, then provide the source so
I can deal with it.

ok lets take it one at a time.
and the 1st one, as you will see, will end all this.
i am talking about what YOU wrote, not what others have written.
most people are like ants, they just follow along behind the other, never doing the complete research thenselves.
So, here we go..... supply me with you info on your statement" e.g. white was a sunday keeper" ( which indicates and suggest that she did NOT observe the 7th day Sabbath".
awaiting your evidence.

Tim,

Off the top of my mind, without doing the research which will take time,
remember I am really BLIND ... Ellen White was a Methodist and did not know
the Sabbath truths until late in the 1840s or early 50s. In other words, the
Lord presented her with visions way before she knew of the Sabbath. They
were know as Adventists, not Seveth-day Adbentists. In fact the Church was
not organized until 1863, almost 20 years after the Great Disappointment.
William Miller is credited with much of the studies that led to the 1844
Movement and he never kept the Sabbath.

As I have time, I will try to find the year in which she started observing
the Sabbath.

Like I tried to explain earlier, the Lord had much reform to present to her
and He did so at a pace in which she could understand and implement in her
life. After all she did not have the advance knowledge that we have had,
especially if we have been practicing SDAs for any length of time.

One thing you could do is to read some of her articles on health and see the
date when they were written.

You still haven't given me the source for all your comments...

Bob

you are on the right tract.
if you do this research you will see the truth has been hidden from you.
once i have been misled by someone or some group i would seriously dought other doctrines that they have presented to me as truth. you know, just like they do in a courtroom.
and as for my source of my comments --- the burden of proof in upon you my brother.
you are the one making statements that are contrary to the beliefs of over 20 million sda's.
All 7th day adventist agree that e.g. white kept the 7th day sabbath NOT sunday.
i am of course specifically speaking of the time in which she was shown about the sabbath - after the great magnificent disappoint in 1844 which was lead by william miller (a BAPTIST) and not by e.g. white.
thanks,
tim

Mrs White didn't begin keeping the Sabbath until 1852. That was at least 6
years after receiving her first vision...

Bob

agrees with what i wrote to you before - it was after 1844.
so how can you make a statement like" EG WHITE WAS NOT A SABBATH KEEPER - SHE WAS A SUNDAY KEEPER"???????
and futher more - if you can't get past this very very very simple mis leading statement of YOURS.
it is time to end our conversation, and Jesus the JUDGE be you.
amen

You've lost me Tim. I said and say again and this is no reflection on Mrs.
White which is fully endorsed by me and in this website, but this does not
change the facts that she did not receive the Sabbath Message until around
1852, so whether she kept Sunday or Tuesday, I can't say, but it wasn't the
7th day Sabbath. On your second note, the Health Message wasn't given until
1863, after which her health habits took a dramic change since the Lord
could do have a prophet that did not practice what she wrote. So yes, she
ate unclean meats and clean meats UNTIL she received the health message.
Maybe you should read Life Sketches before you email me again.

Blessings
Bob

if you are lost then you should schroll back and read you statement, or i will once again quote it
" e.g. white kept sunday as the sabbath."
this is 100% false. so i guess this absurb conversation will end here.
and to argue that it was once true before she was shown the light is like saying " all human beings don't breath air through their lungs" yes it is true that embro's don't but adults do. deliberately mislead people is nothing but a LIE. which by the way is 1 of the 10 commandments. and as far as what mrs. white ate and her health message. one must understand that if you have a health problem it may be nesscesary to take things or eat things that will not agree with god's health message. enough said. god bless you in you trek to learn the TRUTH. if i can help, i am at god's service, please let me know.
