The TRUTH Will Always Remain the TRUTH

Bob,

In these past 9 months when I really begin to go over all my thinking and re-thinking all my beliefs by myself, I began to see where many things had been complicated with how I put EGW writings. There had always been something awry for years, whether it be as a conference, historic, or reform SDA.

What actually began this change was when I had researched the crucifixion time-line. That's when I first made contact with you. Tho I did not see Wednesday for some days, the very first elementary study, working my way back, clearly, absolutely, and in as clear a way as is possible, I saw the first Biblical truth- Jesus in no was rose on Sunday anytime during near, about or close to Sunday dawn. Just this one truth opened up to me that EGW was just a writer- Just plain and clear she was wrong in the DA regarding a Friday Crucifixion, Sunday rising- the writing could be in no way inspired. My research went further. More of her writings claimed as inspired were clearly not inspired. Many were compilations from other writers.

I also found other truths like the info A4T provides regarding the pagan trinity belief held by most all SDA's.

I then found and attended the small COG7 for 6 weeks, after reading their tracts for a month previously- they are not perfect, but they at least went by some sound truth that EGW was inaccurate, or not clear on (paragraph above). I learned more from the COG7 ( I informed the pastor that I appreciated what I learned from them, BUT I will not be returning- I am not into 'joining' another denomination, plus they have their problems also.)

Bob, from this COG7 experience, I learned that there is more than just the SDA churches that teach truth, and in some areas, more vital, Biblical truths.

During those weeks, I found that the writings of anyone person IS NOT the SOP. That is as clear as Jesus not rising on Sunday. Also Bob, it just is a plain fact that Jesus did not start an investigative judgement in 1844. EJ Waggoner, the Ballengers, Conradi, and many, MANY other leading SDA's saw this thru personal study- most were disfellowshiped for promoting such.

They were branded off track a little worse that Bill Stringfellow. I knew that God is a God that gave us and desires a free will. An opinion against an Investigative Judgement should not make one an SDA heretic to be punished.

Between my research and learning, Bob, I honestly have to say that I was led astray for 27 years regarding the counsels of EGW. I mean that is clear.

I still say she had much good counsel, but those she gleaned her counsels and many inspired writings from were humans also. They weren't 'prophets' or whatever word her followers use. Anyone that expounds on the Bible, which IS THE SOP, is doing good, but they, as she is not 'the SOP'. The gospel is the testimony of Jesus. There were no more individual Prophets in the category as she claims and her followers claim after John (Matt:11:13.) Jesus is the only none that speaks to us in these last days(Heb1:1,2). Bob, a true prophet after John ALL had to have their prophesying agreed by other prophets. ( Key words are 'individual', and 'other').

Also, she has addressed–she has gone passed expounding- all SDA's would have to agree with that, but the Bible says, " Don't add to or take away..." Rev 22:18,19.

There is much more. I am glad we are on good terms. I am just seeking truth. I believe as Filmer Hevener says. he considers some of her writings as he would any other bible commentator.

Bob, that right there, with the non belief of the 1844 Investigative Judgement will put the vast majority of A4T readers, and all SDA's of all varieties (no matter if they pick and chose counsel– which they ALL do) against the writer (you, me, anyone) of such- they believe we are heretical-they will blame you too just for putting it out there, just as they think you lost it over promoting the Wed- Sat time line to the opposite of what she writes.. They are programmed to put her in an area that is dangerous.

As I said earlier some (a very few) may 'allow' a belief as the trinity being pagan, ONLY because they find some pioneers that were for it, but when it comes to thinking for themselves and not finding EGW or a pioneer supporting their beliefs, they are scared to step out on their on.

I am seeking Jesus and truth.

Again, I appreciate you. I would REALLY Appreciate this letter to be put in the letter section.

Thanks,
GAH
