'Blown Away' by Rejected TRUTH

Did you know that you prophesied something and it came true? You told me some weeks ago that I would be 'blown away' when I watched and or read material about the Deity of Christ that is hosted on your web site. I can report that I am indeed 'blown away'. I am astounded yet thrilled by what I have been shown. I have been reading the Bible and Ellen White's writings now for over 30 years and have never understood this subject as I do now. Over that period of time I have read into the Bible and Spirit of Prophecy what I was taught, i.e. the trinity. Why? I feared to depart from what I was taught because I thought that those who instructed me were the 'experts' and so I bowed to their 'greater knowledge'. Well, this prevented me from understanding the truth in its beauty. It robbed me of a proper understanding of the relationship between my Father and His Son, of the full extent of my Saviour's sacrifice, and denied me an appreciation of the omnipresence of God and Christ through the Spirit. During that same period I had read many texts from the Bible and not understood them, and many statements from the writings of Ellen White and not understood them. The reason being that to my mind they were irreconcilable to what I had been taught. This was frustrating and the way I dealt with these contradictions was to put my own interpretation upon them, or to resign them to inspiration that cannot be understood; mysteries.

This experience has been a profound one for me and I have been humbled by the Lord. I have learned (yet again) that I must never read into inspiration my own preconceived ideas.

I want to thank you for the bold step you have taken to publish this material on your web site. It will doubtless have made you the target of vicious opposition. That takes courage my brother and I salute you. I know that God will reward you for 'speaking the straight testimony'.
