Father God, Mother God

Hello - I really appreciate your website. A dear friend of mine recently told of his experience at a Seventh Day Adventist Church in Marietta, GA, in which a woman stood to pray with the congregation and opened the prayer with, "Father God, Mother God." Is this becoming common among Adventist? This is a large congregation. Sounds like Mary being brought into the church in a new capacity.
