2005 GCSDA Session
The well documented concerns of Leadership over "apostasy and the church" which was one of the 'serious concerns' facing the Church today. The "1.4 million leaving out the back door", were clearly defining the apostasy. Not whether they were leaving the Truth; or the correct faith; or Bible Doctrine; or betrayed their sacred trust Jesus Christ. No, none of them!
But simply leaving the Church, was the extent of the meaning of apostasy. There would be some big trouble if they did come out and define heresy for it would expose the Church as being in apostasy. Apostasy to the Leadership at the 2005 GC session is evidently not false doctrine.
