Who is the God mentioned in our pledge of allegiance? The God mentioned here is the only true God-The God who created the earth and all things therein, and mankind as His crowning act. He is the God who loved us so much, that from the beginning He gave us the freedom of choice, the freedom to love, and the freedom to worship and obey Him. He does not force us to do anything! We are free moral agents to choose Him or choose Satan, His number one enemy. Satan, on the other hand, cannot grant freedom of choice because he is void of all love and compassion. All who choose not to serve God will choose to serve Satan, and the working out of his plans in their lives.

Our nation was founded under the one true God and upon the principle of freedom of choice with liberty and justice for all. America is the greatest nation on earth, and will continue to be a great power for good as long as she does not violate this great principle she was founded upon. And yes, she even extends this freedom of choice to her enemies! And it is this freedom that led wicked men to carry out the massacre on September 11, 2001.

Do not be afraid! The Muslims have already had their day of glory. For centuries they were a great power, and may continue to terrorize to some degree, but in the book of Revelation in the Holy Scriptures, long before the latest terrorist attacks, God predicted that the Muslims would be a united civil and religious power that would nse and fall Her rise began 1299 A.D~ and she fell on August 11, 1840. The followers of Muhammad ruled the entire Arab world and many Christian countries during that time, but God never predicted that Islam would conquer our country, because the United States is the last great super power spoken of in the Bible.

God predicted the rise and fall of great civilizations before it happened so that we would know that He is in control of our lives. Great kingdoms such Babylon, the Medes and Persians, Greece, and the Roman Empire would come and go as foretold in the book of Daniel--the Holy Scriptures and history can prove it all.

Yes! Even the rise of our great nation was predicted in the Bible long before it came into existence. It was prophesied that America would a heaven for the pilgrims who were searching for a land where they would be able to worship God according to the dictates of conscience. They looked for a land without a king, and a church without a pope thus she became a Protestant republic. In freedom her citizens worshiped the God of the Bible and formed a civil governnieflt that protected them from criminals within their own country and abroad.

Whenever nations, states, religions, or individuals violate a persons freedom of choice, they exalt themselves above God, and walk on dangerous ground In the Muslim religion, separation of church and state is foreign to its thinking, and is the reason for all atrocities perpetrated against its own people, and for its desire to take down America. The success of the United States is owed to the First Amendment of its ~OnStitUtiOfl, that "Congress shall make no law respecting and establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof, When America enforces religious laws that violate freedom of choice, it is then that this nation s moral decline will accelerate to breakneck speed, and national apostasy will be followed by national ruin.

From the beginning of creation our loving heavenly Father has been interested in bestowing upon his creatures nch blessings In the first two chapters of Genesis we find many rich gifts God gave to us: The sun, the moon, the stars, the water, all the animals and vegetation He wanted us to have all these wonderful gifts to remember Him as the Creator of all. And to seal the week of His creation God gave us His best gift, the gift that denotes Himself as Creator. That best gift is His special day of rest: "Thus the heavens and the earth were finished, and all the host of them. And on the seventh day God ended his work which he had made; and he rested on the seventh day from all his work which he had made. And God blessed the seventh day, and sanc4fied it: because that in it he had restedfrom all his work which God created and made. Genesis 2:1-3. Only the God of Creation is the kind and loving Father who can give such a gift. In the moral law, again God reminds His children of the blessing He placed in their hands when He gave them the seventh day of rest. "Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy. Six days shalt thou labour, and do all thy work: But the seventh day is the sabbath of the LORD thy God: in it thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, thy manservant, nor thy maidservant, nor thy cattle, nor thy stranger that is within thy gates: For in six days the LORD made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is, and rested the seventh day:wherefore the LORD blessed the sabbath day, and hallowed it." Ex 20:8-li.

The seventh day is a gift from God to His children both now and through eternity When our civil government, influenced by Sunday~keepiflg Protestants, enforces Sunday, the first day of the week, as a day to worship God, and she does not give those who choose to worship God on the seventh day their freedom of choice, it is then that our nation will forfeit Gods favor.

So, who can we trust in times like these? The only person we can trust is He who chose to live a life in total obedience to the will of God His Father, died on the cross and won the victory over Satan, resurrected from the tomb, ascended to Heaven where He now works for us in the most holy place as our High Priest. He knows our pain, our griefs our suffering, our loneliness. He represents us in heaven because He suffered as we all suffer and has great mercy and compassion for us. He loves you and wants to save you. Yes, this is Jesus our Lord and Saviour, He is the only one that we can trust. He invites you to trust Him and turn your life over to Him, but He wants you to do it willingly He will not push his way in. Soon He will come to rescue those who have surrendered their lives willingly to Him Will you be one of them⁹ Please dear friend, if you have not already, invite Him to take complete control of your life. Do it now! You will be eternally thankful that you did.
